LUFTWAFFE GALA EVENING DRESS JACKET AND WAISTCOAT

a very clean example of the Luftwaffe Gala tunic complete with its waistcoat and aiguillettes. Insignia consists of red piped (flak) officers shoulderboards (Hauptmann) , and a beautifully applied silver bullion breast eagle. Tunic is named and dated 1939. Overall a very nice set. There is a slight bit of staining to the interior lining of the waistcoat, which has'nt come through to the outside of the waistcoat.
