This is the 1941 pattern tunic for a SS-Oberscharfuhrer stationed at Radolfzell. tTunic has a five button front two patch breast pockets with buttoned flaps, Tunic also has two larger lower pockets again with button flaps. Typical to SS tunics interior is lined in HBT and tunic displays the typical two holes to hold metal belt ramps. Insignia concists of white silk piped slip-on shoulderboards displaying the metal cyphers for the unterfuhrerschule USR.
Collarpatches are standard machine embroidered variety.Arm eagle is the rare hammerhead variety,. Tunic has never had a cufftitle. This NCO appears to be well decorated Iron Cross 2nd class ribbon , Iron cross 1st class loops loops for wound badge and loops for infantry/general assault.Overall a nice example of a SS combat tunic.
